Powerhaus Engineering was proud to provide energy efficiency consulting for the award-winning expansion of the National Jewish Memorial Centre in Canberra, designed by Philip Leeson Architects.

Our involvement focused on optimising the building’s thermal performance and energy use through detailed NCC Section J analysis. Working closely with the design team, we supported decisions around glazing, insulation, and HVAC strategy to deliver long-term efficiency and occupant comfort.

The project received a Commendation for Public Architecture at the 2022 ACT Architecture Awards.
